Repentance
This three-part section talks about the "arresting" process that God often uses to stop us in our tracks, cause us to refocus on Him, and begin recovery. Then, chapter two is about defining sexual addiction. Chapter three is called "Crisis of Truth" -- usually the beginning of the repentance process.
Order
The three-part section on Order starts with establishing that certain "Disciplines" are critical at establishing a foundation for good decision-making. Then forming key alliances (i.e. an accountability partner) and the value of true accountability is taught. This section closes with a look at how to begin to work through this with your wife.
Understanding
This section drills deeper into the "why" of sexual temptation and sexual sin. First looking at triggers (both external and internal) and wounds (of the heart) and then at managing moods and cycles of temptation.
Training
What value is understanding the problem if we don't have the training to cope successfully on a daily basis? This section covers some basic training techniques that can be applied daily to help you succeed.
Endurance
Starting recovery is great. Having the tenacity to "finish" what you started is so much greater. To successfully endure, an understanding of relapse and why those before you have relapsed is vital.
